GENERAL INFO & CANCELLATIONS

Within 7 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation, an advance of 50% of the total rent must be paid in the name of: de Burgmolen holiday homes. The reservation is only final after receipt of that advance.
14 days before arrival at the accommodation, the remaining amount must be transferred together with the deposit of €400.00. When booking within 14 days before the start of the stay, the tenant must pay the total rent together with the deposit.
In the event of late payment, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.
