High season = All school holidays and public holidays / Low season = All other days of the year
Weekend (3n) : check-in : from 5 pm - check-out : before 11 am
Midweek (4n) : check-in : Monday from 5 pm - check-out : Friday before 11 am
Week (7n) : check-in : from 5 pm - check-out : before 11 am

What is Included: bed, bath and kitchen linen, garbage bags, washing up liquid, shower items,
               electricity, heating (floor heating), use of washing machine and final cleaning.

Deposit for 1 holiday loft = €400.00
An advance must be paid within 7 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation
of 50 % of the total rent in the name of : deBurgmolen holiday homes / BE13 7370 5522 1739 .
The reservation is only final after receipt of that advance. 14 days before arrival at the accommodation
the remaining amount of rent must then be transferred together with the deposit of € 400.00.
When making a reservation within 14 days before the start of the stay, the tenant must pay the total rent
to be paid together with the deposit. Do not forget to mention your name and date of stay when paying.
In the event of late payment, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.

* Additional measures due to COVID-19:
- Extra ventilation, well-functioning ventilation system, as well as disinfectants
- We stick to all local guidelines and follow a cleaning protocol, all surfaces are well disinfected
  use cleaning disinfectants with +70% alcohol, wear a mouth mask and gloves
- all linen is washed at a high temperature by a laundromat.
