General rental conditions holiday lofts 'de Brugmolen'
Burgmolenstraat 31a in Alveringem
When the tenant books the holiday loft “Sunrise” or “ Sunset ”, he/she agrees with
the following rental conditions:
Reservation and deposit
1. The tenant can make a reservation by telephone or via the internet. These ways of booking are binding. By making a reservation,
the terms and conditions come into effect.
2. Within 7 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation, an advance of 50% of the total amount must be paid
rent on
name of: de Burgmolen holiday homes / BE13 7370 5522 1739 . The reservation is only final after receipt of that advance.
14 days before arrival in the residence, the remaining amount must be transferred together with the deposit of € 400.00
to become. When booking within 14 days before the start of the stay, the tenant must pay the total rent together with the

3. In the event of late payment, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.
4. The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer at the latest 10 days after departure if nothing is damaged or missing.
Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellation
5. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason (with the exception of the applicable corona measures), this must be done in writing or by email
mail and the tenant pays the following cancellation costs:
- between 60 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rent;
- less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price.
6. If the tenant does not use the holiday home or leaves it before the end of the rental period, there will be no refund
of rental price.
Check in/out
7. Check-in is from 4.30 pm to 7 pm and check-out by 11 am. If this is not convenient, please contact us by email…. or by phone via

House rules
8. Smoking is prohibited in the entire house.
9. It is strictly forbidden to ignite wish balloons, fireworks or candles on the Burgmolen domain in order to start a fire.

10. Pets are negotiable (on request).
11. The house is located in a quiet area, no night noise after 10 pm.
12. No parties or events are allowed.
13. The house has been renovated and furnished with care. The property must be treated with respect.
14. When leaving the house, windows and doors must always be closed and/or locked.
15. Upon departure, the house must be left broom clean. Kitchen utensils must be cleaned and put back in an orderly manner,
dishwasher must be emptied on departure. The combination oven, microwave, refrigerator and barbecue are neat and tidy by the tenant
left cleaned. The final cleaning is included in the rental price, but the owner still reserves the right to charge extra
cleaning hours to be settled with the deposit at € 35/hour if the house is left in bad condition.
16. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are included in the rent. The beds are not made on arrival. On departure, the
tenant all covers, pillowcases and fitted sheets of the beds and puts them in the living room/living room. Also the bath towels
and kitchen towels are placed in this area.
17. The water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price, insofar as this concerns normal use.
18. Waste is sorted in the waste bins provided for this purpose in the communal storage : PMD in the blue bag, kitchen waste in
the organic waste bin and residual waste in a black bin. Glass, cardboard and paper are also sorted separately.
In all waste bins (bathrooms and kitchen) are used garbage bags. On departure, all garbage bags will be removed and placed with the waste
deposited. Please do not throw objects or substances into the toilets that do not belong there (such as diapers, sanitary towels but
no fat and food).
19. The use of a deep fryer in the house is not allowed. There is a chip shop in the village of Alveringem.
Other conditions
20. All objects present in the home remain the property of the owner. The tenant has free access to TV, internet,
washing machine and all other household appliances. He can therefore not claim monetary or other compensation if one of these
equipment would be defective. He is therefore kindly requested to immediately report any defects to the owner. We
will do everything possible to repair the defect as quickly as possible.
21. The owner cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions in electricity, internet or water supply.
22. If something is not right on arrival or if the tenant causes damage during the stay, he immediately informs the owner.
23. The tenant's own electrical appliances must be technically in order and may not overload the electrical installation.
24. The owner is authorized to end any stay if the group is clearly intolerant or if the rules of life
and does not comply with good neighborly relations, without repayment of the rental amounts paid.
25. The owner can enter his property at any time to inspect the indoor installations and heating or for maintenance
of the lawn and this without the permission of the tenant. The owner is obliged to respect the privacy of the tenant.
26. The tenant uses the holiday home at his own risk. The owner cannot be held responsible for physical injuries
happen during your stay and/or any damage or loss suffered by the tenant.
27. Before taking the house into use, the tenant takes cognizance of the household fire regulations of the position of the
emergency exits and fire extinguishers. The person responsible for the reservation ensures that the inmates are informed
of emergency procedures in case of fire. There is a printout of the floor plan in every bedroom and in the living room
on which emergency lighting, fire detection, fire extinguishers and emergency exits are listed.
